Michael L. Owen has nearly four decades of experience counseling corporate clients in debt and equity transactions, real estate finance, acquisition and development, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, debt trading, swaps and derivatives, and in workout, debt restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency transactions.

Mike graduated from Northwestern University in 1985 and received his law degree from Indiana University's Maurer School of Law in 1988. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
